Visual Civic Center is a virtual creation by Aaron Linkous designed to mesh interactivity and high level graphics     with functionality and entertainment. It was created with a combination of 3D Studio Max and Flash MX.     The City Tour was created by Cameron Byers using Terra Explorer Pro, Terra Builder, and Model Builder.
