Hardware and Software in the Research Labs

 
Located in the J.B. Hunt Transport Services Inc. Center for Academic Excellence on the University of Arkansas campus in Fayetteville, CAST has over 1,700 squarefeet divided into two research labs featuring 20 engineering class workstations.

PaleoInformatics and Rural GIS is available for graduate and undergrad student research. All machines have basic Windows and Office software, virus software, the Arc 9.2 suite.  Additional software is installed based on student/faculty requests. In Ozark Hall on the University of Arkansas campus in Fayetteville, CAST maintains a 529 square foot lab offering 14 engineering class workstations. 

Ozark 209 is reserved for graduate and undergrad student research. All machines have basic Windows and Office software, virus software, and the Arc 9.2 Suite. Additional software is installed based on student/faculty requests.
