WORK RESPONSIBILITIES
Mary Gail prepares the budget for CAST for more than 30 general accounts and grants. She also tracks and reconciles grant funds and assists with preparation of proposal budgets. Mary Gail also administers all phases of personnel paperwork, obtaining and reviewing positions, hiring, and termination and employee actions. She processes all purchase orders and receiving and other accounting duties.
