The measurements of induced polarization. Had the soils of the mound been purely resistive, these three curves would have been horizontal along the lower axis of the graph. The measurements were made with three different spacings between adjacent electrodes. At the closest spacing, the phase angles are low near the planar feature that the radar detected; this feature is in the span from E8 to E10.3 on the line. The anomalies fade with increasing electrode spacing.
