Project Name: Bushfield West (FhNa-10), Saskatchewan, Canada;

Reference: Gibson, T.H. (1986). Magnetic Prospection on Prehistoric Sites in Western Canada. Geophysics 51(3):553-560 (used with permission).

Relative magnetic relief of assessment grid, sensor at 20 cm. Contour interval is 2 nT. Interval 798 supressed for clarity. Anomaly A was found to be a large magnetic rock situated just below ground surface in the plough zone. Anomaly B was a hearth. Anomaly C was interpreted to be a fired-rock cluster, possibly associated with a nearby undetected hearth. Anomalies D-F were not investigated.
