Magnetic gradiometry survey results at Menoken Village, ND. The fortification ditch with 4 bastion loops are clearly visible in the data as are multiple burned houses, numerous magnetic dipoles resulting from historic and recent iron artifacts, several trails, and a circular, unfilled archaeological excavation hole from the 1930s in the middle left. A steel power pole anchor creates the massive anomaly at the lower left. Although many of the features are visible on the surface the magnetic survey discovered several new houses and other features. A steep bluff descending to Apple Creek lies to the north and west. The clipping range of this portrayal is +/- 1.3 nT.
